Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup of mustard
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup of margarine, melted
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of curry powder
Method:
Combine everything but chicken in a shallow baking pan. Cut chicken breasts in half, add to baking pan and cover it with the "sauce". If you want to use legs or wings, do not cut, if you want to use thighs, please cut as well.
Place baking pan in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Sauce will have turned into a glaze on the chicken. If using more than 3 whole pieces of chicken breast, it is advised that you double the sauce amount. Serve with rice.
