On the menu today:

No title … just yummy goodness


2 8oz packages of cream cheese

3 10 count cans of biscuits

sugar and cinnamon mixture-to taste

1 stick of butter to mix with brown sugar

1 package of pecans or walnuts


Heat oven to 400 degrees

Grease small glass dish, melt butter over low heat slowly add brown sugar and keep stirring over low heat.  Mix sugar and cinnamon to taste - set aside.


Flatten biscuit add half spoon cream cheese, sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture over cream cheese, close biscuit around cream cheese/roll biscuit into ball.  Roll biscuit in sugar/cinnamon mixture, sprinkle pecans/walnuts on the bottom of the glass dish.  Line biscuits on bottom of glass dish-touching and sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture over biscuits.  Drizzle brown sugar and butter mixture.  Add another layer of pecans/walnuts,

add another layer of biscuits and repeat steps until all of the biscuits have been used.

Once the last layer of biscuits have been used, make sure to finish off with sugar/cinnamon mixture/brown sugar and butter mixture and last finish off with pecans/walnuts


Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes
