On the menu today:
JSG's Queso Dip
Ingredients:
1 large slab of velveeta cheese
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (Mexican style)
1 can of refried beans
1 bag chips
Slice cheese and melt over medium heat until all the cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Add rotel and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add in can of beans, stir and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
